Tempered/Toughened glass is produced by heating to a softening point in a specific mold and equipment. The glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, including compressive stress to the surface while the center remains tensile.

We have two sets Glaston tempering future,with  dual-chamber structure and forced convection function to temper triple silver low-E glass.Products with Max  0.1mm warp,uniform fragments and  no visible  spin.
